This pallet mould was made by P20 steel,cavity and core is insert,not solid mould. 20 point Chinese hot runner,very good mould solution.The sample is the T2 trial sample of plastic pallet mould.

Size of pallet mould is 1200*1000*150mm. weight is 17KG. Weight and size is customized. Loading capacity for plastic pallet mould: static load is 3T,and dynamic load is 1.5T. Entry is four side for forklift.This pallet mould without steel pipe.If need make the pallet more stronger,you could also add steel pipe in the corner of pallet.
