In order to decrease the weight of bottle crate mould,the 4 corner is columnar and inside is empty.but  improve the strength for support, inside will be add ribs.  This place will have undercut for mould. 12 bottle crate clapboard usually is 4 side,but 24 bottle's clapboard is 5 side.All this characteristic make bottle crate mould are more complex then other injection crate molding process.

stacking crate mould must be need very good polish on the surface.surface polish will be influence the final products, bad polish will make products side surface strain.
