Zhilian mould is a professional container mould maker. We have two different application container mould experience. 

First one is thin wall container mould,the important point for plastic thin wall container mould is the steel.As we all know,usually quantities of thin wall container and box is big.There also have high demands of cycle time and thickness of thin wall container.The thickness more less the technical demands of mould are more higher.Use a good steel is the basic point for thin wall container mould. Usually we suggest use H13 or more good steel.For the thickness of container, the most thick container mould we make is 0.4mm.

Another one is storage container mould like food container mould.For this kinds container mould,the demands of steel not as much higher as thin wall container mould. Some steel which can  be polish good is enough for storage container mould. Good colling system also important to container mould. Fall automatically is all the function of container mould in our factory.
