There are two different size of fan mould. This one around 80CM longer , the thickness is 0.3-1 cm from one side to another side. Mould steel is 718H, Yudo brand hot runner, 1 cavity mould,ejector by pin and fall automatically.

Plastic fan mould have female and male two parts.The half connect with the injection gate of injection machine is female half, female part of fan blade mould usually with sprue. Injection fan mould female usually with sprue, support plate and mould plate. Some simple mould could remove the support plate and increase the mould plate. And the sprue cover is standard parts and do not suggest to remove it.

Fan blade mould use sprue cover could make mould assembling more easy, convenience for change it, no need polish. Some mould must need have female demoulding structure. Plastic fan blade mould male side combine with mould male plate,support plate,demoulding parts, fan mould leg and machine fixing parts.


Fan blade mould sprue design will influence the out-view of plastic fan.If the design is not good , the product will have defects. Due to water bottle cap mould production usually need large quality,size is small and complicated in internal structure,muti-cavity with hot runner for caps mould is best solution.After mould flow analysis for muti-cavity cap mould-32 cavity ,every cavity with 1 point hot runner into top of cap is the best way.

Consider for easy machining, the water caps mould  manifold planning to make 2 plate.The top one is H shape,the second plate divide into 4 pieces, every pieces of plate will have 8 point of runner gate. Point gate will be use for this 32 cavity cap mould, point gate have good function for keep pressure,reduce stress and cost will be less compare to valve gate.

unscrewing cap mould structure are better then screwing cap mould, But the demolding system for unscrewing cap mould still very important. After know the basic feature of caps, the screwing inside the cap will ejector directly. Core side will be design as insert, separate for 3 parts: Screwing core, water proof ring core and ejector core.

In order to guarantee long mould life,we use H13 for cavity and core of this cap mould. Cold runner with side gate,when the mould open,the runner will be separate from products.This runner system could help customer to save the cost.

After finish T1 test,we find the seal can not easy to take out,we discuss with customer and decide to make V gad in the seal place to help take easy.
